Players Championship

Schedules and Waves:

Schedules and waves will be released closer to the event date on Advanced Event Systems.

Payment & Refund Policies:

Teams that are accepted into The Players Championship will require payment to be made by Thursday, January 1st, 2026. Any team with an unpaid balance after that time will be at risk of being wait-listed.

Cancellation Policy:

• If the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to event 100% refund to all participants. 

• If the cancellation occurs 59 and 30 days prior to the event there will be a 50% refund issued. 

• A cancellation must occur via e-mail to volleyball@threestep.com and Alan.Davis@threestep.com. Any team less than 30 days from the event or not in writing via e-mail will receive no refund.  

Payment:

• Entry fees may be paid online via credit card or ACH.
• Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and Player First. The player’s first e-mail will be received within two hours of registration.

Team Travel Source is our official housing provider for the Players Championship Tournament.

Notes:

• The Adidas Bluegrass Tournament intends to release playing waves by December 20th.
• Please note that the playing waves released will be the INTENDED waves. You may want to consider a two-night stay regardless of your original playing wave.

WRISTBANDS:

Only coaches on rosters will receive a one time wristband at check in. Team reps and chaperones will not receive credentials.

If wristband breaks, the coach may come to coaches check in or admissions at any point to receive a new wristband, broken wristband must be shown.
