REFUND POLICY
- Teams must withdraw on or before 11/1/25 for a full refund.
- Teams that withdraw after 11/1/25, but on or before 11/22/25 will receive a 50% refund.
- Teams that withdraw after 11/22/25 will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests must be received in writing to: pnwps@topcourtevents.com
All refunds will be minus processing fees.
- Entry fees may be paid online via credit card or ACH.
- Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and Player First. The player’s first e-mail will be received within two hours of registration.
Note:
Beginning October 1, prices will reflect the full amount, including fees. This results in a 3.75% increase in the displayed price, but your total cost at checkout will remain the same.

Make sure to purchase by Friday 12/19, as that’s the last day for discounted, pre-sold tickets! Prices will rise $5 on Saturday.
- Tickets are needed for anyone over 10 years old.
- ALL spectators will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry.
- Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
- Please send any ticket refund requests to Tickets@topcourtevents.com.
- Tickets that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds.
