Whether you’re building chemistry, testing lineups, or just getting back into competitive rhythm, Winter Warmup gives your squad exactly what it needs to start the season strong.

REFUND POLICY
- Payment is due the 1st of the month prior to the event month. (November 1st)
- The refund policy will remain the same:
- Teams must withdraw 7 weeks before the event for a full refund.
- Teams that withdraw after 7 weeks, but prior to 4 weeks of the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Teams that withdraw within 4 weeks of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2024-25 event season.

- Entry fees may be paid online via credit card or ACH.
- Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and Player First. The player’s first e-mail will be received within two hours of registration.

Spectator Tickets
Purchase spectator tickets here
Make sure to purchase by Friday 1/17, as that’s the last day for discounted, pre-sold tickets! Prices will rise $5 on Saturday.
- Tickets are needed for anyone over 10 years old.
- ALL spectators will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry.
- Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
- Please send any ticket refund requests to Tickets@topcourtevents.com.
- Tickets that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds.
