Entry Fee Information

Entry fees are $795 for nonmembers, and $745 for members. Become a JVA Member to receive a $50 discount per entry per team by joining here.

If you pay the non-member rate as a JVA member club paying via credit card, please email tournaments@jvavolleyball.org with your mailing address to receive your $50 member rate discount.

Payments to be made to JVA and mailed to:

Milwaukee, WI 53213.

Payments made via credit card are submitted to a 3% convenience fee.

Acceptance Process

Registration DOES NOT grant acceptance to the tournament. Teams are not accepted until payment is received and as division space allows.

Due to high demand, Pending teams that have not submitted payment will be dropped 30 days AFTER their registration timestamp for the event.

Our acceptance process will begin on September 12th, no teams will be accepted before this date.

Refunds will be given, less 20%, up until Friday, March 15th.

No refunds will be given thereafter for teams that withdraw.

Roster Submission Deadline: 3/29/24

Rosters submitted after March 29th are subject to a $25 late roster fee.

ALL adults on rosters MUST complete the following to participate in the event:

1. Clear a background screening (JVA/AAU)
   1. These can take up to 10 business days to process, please complete the screen by Friday, March 22nd to ensure you will be clear to be added to a roster!
2. Complete JVA/AAU Abuse Prevention Training
3. Player/Coach waiver forms are MANDATORY for all players and coaches on rosters and are collected electronically
