I did not use my spectator ticket. Can I get a refund?

We cannot refund scanned tickets or partial refund a weekend pass if you only attended one day of the event.

The livestream isn’t working

If you are experiencing difficulty accessing BeTheBeast live streams, please email support@bethebeast.com with:

  1. Your first name
  2. Your last name
  3. The event name
  4. What issue you are running into

A customer support representative will be able to assist you.

Do you have a lost and found?

Northeast Power Series

If you believe you lost something at our event(s), please contact the venue specifically, as we do not collect lost and found items. 

Florida Power Series and National Top Court Series

During our events, we have a lost and found table next to the Tournament Desk. Look for the “Lost and Found” flag and the raised “Tournament Desk” at the event.

How do I use a tournament credit?

We will automatically apply credit to your registration. Please do NOT pay until your credit has been applied! If you do not see it applied within a few business days, please reach out to volleyball@threestep.com.

How long are tournament credits good for?

If you drop from the tournament and keep the tournament credit on 3STEP file, your credit will expire if not used by the end of the FOLLOWING season at one of our tournaments.

 

i.e. If you drop from a tournament in 2023 – 2024, you have until the end of the 2024 – 2025 club season to use it.

What is your tournament refund policy?

Top Court National Series

  • Payment deadline is 12/15
  • If you drop 7+ weeks before the event, you’ll receive a 100% refund
  • If you drop 5 – 6 weeks before the event, you can receive a 50% refund or full tournament credit that must be used be the end of the FOLLOWING season
  • If you drop 4 weeks or less before the event, you cannot receive a refund, but you can receive a full tournament credit that must be used be the end of the FOLLOWING season
Can I change divisions leading up to a tournament?

As long as there is room in your preferred division change, yes!

Simply reach out to us at jack.schott@threestep.com and our team will be happy to work with you to get your teams into the best suited division, given there is room in other divisions.

Do I need a membership to participate in your events?

No!

Is your event staff background-checked?

All of our event staff and referees must complete background screenings and abuse prevention training before working our events.

Are your events Stay to Play?

Northeast Power Series events are Stay-to-Play.

All other events are Stay-to-Save.

When are waves announced? When does the schedule go live?

Waves are released anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks before events.

The tournament schedule is typically released the week of the tournament.
