PARKING

MONORAIL

First day of play waves*

AM Wave: 

• 12 & Under

For all divisions other than 12 & Under, first day of play is Friday, May 3rd. For 12 & Under, their first day of play is Saturday, May 4th.

Roster Submission Deadline: 4/30/24

Rostered team members are not required to have a membership with an organization. All coaches and staff must have accurate contact information. Players must have correct jersey numbers, birthdates, and graduation years to be added to a roster.

Requirements:

• Minimum: 6 Players / 1 coach
• Maximum: 15 players / 4 coaches

Payment is due by Friday, December 15th via AES or paid by mailing a check.

If teams withdraw after registering, they can choose to keep their registration as a 3STEP Volleyball Event full credit, or move forward with the refund policy.

REFUND POLICY

• Teams that drop by 3/15/24 will receive a full refund of their entry fee
• Teams that drop after 3/15/24 but before 4/5/24 will receive a 50% refund
• Teams that drop after 4/5/24 are not eligible for a refund

Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2023-24 event season.
