Carpooling and/or ride sharing is strongly encouraged. A water taxi stop is within walking distance of the venue as well as our hotel partners like Hilton Marina, Renaissance Hotel, and Embassy Suite.

Attendees will have access to parking facilities at the convention parking garage and the parking garage formerly known as Art Institute (See map).

Team schedules will be released closer to the event

Roster Submission Deadline: 12/12/24 at 8:00 PM

Rostered team members are not required to have a membership with an organization. All coaches and staff must have accurate contact information. Players must have correct jersey numbers, birthdates, and graduation years to be added to a roster.

Requirements:

  • Minimum: 6 Players / 1 coach
  • Maximum: 15 players / 4 coaches (During match play, only 4 rostered personnel can be seated on the bench.)

Changes can be made until the teams are checked-in online the Friday before the event (12/13/24).

Updated 2024 policies will be available at a later time.

If teams withdraw after registering, they can choose to keep their registration as a 3STEP Volleyball Event full credit, or move forward with the refund policy.

REFUND POLICY

  • Payment is due the 1st of the month prior to the event month. (November 1st)
  • Refund policy will remain the same:
    • Teams must withdraw 7 weeks before the event for a full refund.
    • Teams that withdraw after 7 weeks, but prior to 4 weeks of the event will receive a 50% refund.
    • Teams that withdraw within 4 weeks of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2024-25 event season.

Payment due no later than Wednesday, November 1st, 2024.

  • Entry Fees can be paid for by mailing a check OR online using our new payment platform this year, Player First.
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES, but also within an hour of registering for the event, you will receive one from Player First. The confirmation from Player First will contain a link that will allow you to log-in and pay online.

NOTE: Payment does not guarantee acceptance. Teams are accepted based on order of payment received and room in the event. If the division is full by the payment deadline, the team(s) will be waitlisted until a space opens. If a space does not open, the waitlisted team(s) will be refunded.

PARKING

The parking garage at the Convention Center has limited space, as well as the parking lot across the street from the Convention Center at the Art Institute.

That said, we strongly encourage teams and families to carpool, ride share, Uber, water taxi, etc. to get to the tournament!

VENUE RULES

  • Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the playing facilities. Teams may warm on empty courts inside the facility. No ball handling will be allowed in the lobby of the convention center.
  • Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in ANY of the playing facilities but may be left in the lobby of the convention center.
  • Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facility.
  • NO outside chairs allowed; seating will be provided at all courts.
Spectator Tickets

Spectator tickets will be available for purchase closer to the event.

There will be NO on-site ticket sales!

  • ALL spectators will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry (children under the age of 10 are free).
  • Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
  • Security will be checking for wristbands upon entry.
  • Please send any ticket refund requests to tickets@topcourtevents.com
    • Tickets that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds.
