Roster Submission Deadline: 1/10/24 @ 8:00 PM ET
Rostered team members are not required to have a membership with an organization. All coaches and staff must have accurate contact information. Players must have correct jersey numbers, birthdates, and graduation years to be added to a roster.

- Minimum: 6 Players / 1 coach

Payment is due by Friday, December 1st via AES or paid by mailing a check.
If teams withdraw after registering, they can choose to keep their registration as a 3STEP Volleyball Event full credit, or move forward with the refund policy.
REFUND POLICY
- Teams that drop by 11/24/23 will receive a full refund of their entry fee
- Teams that drop after 11/24/23 but before12/15/23 will receive a 50% refund
- Teams that drop after 12/15/23 are not eligible for a refund
Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2023-24 event season.

Parking:
- Follow parking signs around the NRG Center for the Orange Lot.
- Enter through gate 3 or 10
- Parking cost is $20 + tax per day
- No in & out privileges

Venue rules:
- Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the playing facilities. Teams may warm on empty courts inside the facility. No ball handling will be allowed in the lobby of the convention center.
- Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the facility.
- Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facility
- NO outside chairs allowed; seating will be provided at all courts

- ALL spectators will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry (children under the age of 10 are free).
- Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
- Security will be checking for wristbands upon entry.
- Please send any ticket refund requests to Tickets@topcourtevents.com.
- Tickets that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds.
