Roster Submission Deadline: 1/16/25 @ 8:00 PM ET
Rostered team members are not required to have a membership with an organization. All coaches and staff must have accurate contact information. Players must have correct jersey numbers, birthdates, and graduation years to be added to a roster.
Requirements:
- Minimum: 6 Players / 1 coach
- Maximum: 15 players / 4 coaches
If teams withdraw after registering, they can choose to keep their registration as a 3STEP Volleyball Event full credit, or move forward with the refund policy.
REFUND POLICY
- Payment is due the 1st of the month prior to the event month. (December 1st)
- Refund policy will remain the same:
- Teams must withdraw 7 weeks before the event for a full refund.
- Teams that withdraw after 7 weeks, but prior to 4 weeks of the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Teams that withdraw within 4 weeks of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2024-25 event season.

Entry Fees can be paid for by mailing a check OR paying online in AES.

NOTE: Payment does not guarantee acceptance. Teams are accepted based on order of payment received and room in the event. If the division is full by the payment deadline, the team(s) will be waitlisted until a space opens. If a space does not open, the waitlisted team(s) will be refunded.

- Parking cost is $20 + tax per day
- The OCCC is now cashless and accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Venue rules:
- Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the playing facilities. Teams may warm on empty courts inside the facility. No ball handling will be allowed in the lobby of the convention center.
- Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the facility.
- Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facility
- NO outside chairs allowed; seating will be provided at all courts
Spectator tickets
Spectator tickets will be available for purchase closer to the event
- ALL spectators will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry (children under the age of 10 are free).
- Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
- Security will be checking for wristbands upon entry.
- Please send any ticket refund requests to Tickets@topcourtevents.com.
- Tickets that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds.

UNIVERSITY ATHLETE REGISTRATION
If you don’t already have a University Athlete profile, make sure you sign up when this event link is available! When you register for one of our events, it’s $20 for the first coach, and $10 for the second+ coach.
