Schedules and Waves:

Schedules and waves will be released closer to the event date on Advanced Event Systems.

Payment & Refund Policies:

Teams that are accepted into The Players Championship will require payment to be made by Friday January 23rd 2025. Any team with an unpaid balance after that time will be at risk of being wait listed.

Cancellation Policy:

• If the cancellation occurs 60 days prior to event 100% refund to all participants. 

• If the cancellation occurs 59 and 30 days prior to the event there will be a 50% refund issued. 

• A cancellation must occur via e-mail to volleyball@threestep.com and Alan.Davis@threestep.com. Any team less than 30 days from the event or not in writing via e-mail will receive no refund.

PLAYING WAVES & HOTELS:

• The Players Championship Tournament intends to release playing waves by early April 2026.
• ** Please note that the playing waves released will be the INTENDED waves. You may want to consider a two-night stay regardless of your original playing wave. **

WRISTBANDS:

Only coaches on rosters will receive a one time wristband at check in. Team reps and chaperones will not receive credentials.

If wristband breaks, the coach may come to coaches check in or admissions at any point to receive a new wristband, broken wristband must be shown.
