The perfect location for your teams and club families to end the season together, or use this tourney to keep your team in shape as you start to prep for Nationals!

Located at the Atlantic City Convention Center, there’s no better place to spend the weekend than playing great volleyball, walking the boards, and enjoying the sun on the beach! What’s not to like?!

If teams withdraw after registering, they can choose to keep their registration as a 3STEP Volleyball Event full credit, or move forward with the refund policy.

REFUND POLICY

  • Payment is due the 1st of the month prior to the event month. (March 1st)
  • Refund policy will remain the same:
    • Teams must withdraw 7 weeks before the event for a full refund.
    • Teams that withdraw after 7 weeks, but prior to 4 weeks of the event will receive a 50% refund.
    • Teams that withdraw within 4 weeks of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2024-25 event season.

Payment due no later than Friday, March 1st, 2025.

  • Entry Fees can be paid for by mailing a check OR online using our new payment platform this year, Player First.
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES, but also within an hour of registering for the event, you will receive one from Player First. The confirmation from Player First will contain a link that will allow you to log-in and pay online.

NOTE: Payment does not guarantee acceptance. Teams are accepted based on order of payment received and room in the event. If the division is full by the payment deadline, the team(s) will be waitlisted until a space opens. If a space does not open, the waitlisted team(s) will be refunded.

Hotels

This event is a Stay-to-Play event. Teams are required to book hotels through our housing partner, Team Travel Source (TTS), if they are over 75 miles from the venue they are playing at.

Hotel booking links will be live at 12:00 PM (EST) on September 18th.

Parking

Event parking at the Convention Center Garage is $20/day.

To help off-set some of that expense, we have two resources for you and your families:  

  • Atlantic City Parking Map – Includes names, locations, and pricing of parking available in Atlantic City 
  • Park Mobile AppParkMobile app makes it easy to find and pay for parking without running back to feed the meter. And for added convenience, you can reserve spots ahead of time

VENUE RULES

  • No outside food or coolers as there are concessions available on site. 
  • Spectator seating provided. 
Spectator Tickets

Spectator tickets available for purchase closer to the event

  • ALL spectators will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry (children under the age of 10 are free).
  • Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
  • Security will be checking for wristbands upon entry.
  • Please send any ticket refund requests to tickets@topcourtevents.com
    • Tickets that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Due to rules of the Atlantic City Convention Center, on-site ticket sales will be sold through the venue and will be priced higher than pre-sale tickets online (at the link above):  

  • Pre-sale Online ticket price: Weekend = $45, Daily = $25 
  • On-site ticket price: Weekend = $50, Daily = $30

UNIVERSITY ATHLETE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE CLOSER TO THE EVENT.

If you don’t already have a University Athlete profile, make sure you sign up when this event link is available! When you register for one of our events, it’s $20 for the first coach, and $10 for the second+ coach.
