If teams withdraw after registering, they can choose to keep their registration as a 3STEP Volleyball Event full credit, or move forward with the refund policy.
REFUND POLICY
- Payment is due the 1st of the month prior to the event month. (April 1st)
- Refund policy will remain the same:
- Teams must withdraw 7 weeks before the event for a full refund.
- Teams that withdraw after 7 weeks, but prior to 4 weeks of the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Teams that withdraw within 4 weeks of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2024-25 event season.

Payment due no later than Monday, April 1st, 2025.
- Entry Fees can be paid for by mailing a check OR online using our new payment platform this year, Player First.
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES, but also within an hour of registering for the event, you will receive one from Player First. The confirmation from Player First will contain a link that will allow you to log-in and pay online.

NOTE: Payment does not guarantee acceptance. Teams are accepted based on order of payment received and room in the event. If the division is full by the payment deadline, the team(s) will be waitlisted until a space opens. If a space does not open, the waitlisted team(s) will be refunded.

Hotels
This event is a Stay-to-Play event. Teams are required to book hotels through our housing partner, Team Travel Source (TTS), if they are over 75 miles from the venue they are playing at.
Hotel booking links will be live at 12:00 PM (EST) on September 18th.
2025 tournament policies will be available closer to event.
Player waivers will be available closer to the event.

- No outside food allowed within the building as there are on-site concessions.
- No outside chairs allowed as spectator seating (bleachers) are provided.

Spectator tickets
Spectator tickets available for purchase closer to the event.
- Confirmation emails will come from confirmation@etix.com, and the transactions will show as “VIRGINIA BEACH SPORTS” on bank statements.
- Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend. Security will be checking for wristbands upon entry.
- If you have any questions regarding ticketing, please reach out to support@etix.com (including refunds).
- All ticketing is handled through VA Beach Sports Center and is not through Northeast Power Series like at previous events.
- Children under the age of 10 are free

UNIVERSITY ATHLETE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE CLOSER TO THE EVENT.
If you don’t already have a University Athlete profile, make sure you sign up when this event link is available! When you register for one of our events, it’s $20 for the first coach, and $10 for the second+ coach.
