- Teams that drop by 2/2/24 will receive a full refund of their entry fee
- Teams that drop after 2/2/24 but before 2/23/24 will receive a 50% refund
- Teams that drop after 2/23/24 are not eligible for a refund

Venue and Parking Rules:
- Parking: $6.00 per vehicle per day. No re-entry. Cash & cards accepted.
- Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the playing facilities. Teams may warm on empty courts inside the facility. No ball handling will be allowed in the lobby of the convention center.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the convention center.
- NO outside chairs allowed; seating will be provided at all courts.

- Pricing is as follows:
- Weekend pass: $35
- Single day passes:
- $15/day Saturday
- $15/day Sunday
- $10/day Monday
- ALL spectators will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry (children 10 and under are free).
- Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
- Please send any ticket refund requests to tickets@topcourtevents.com.
- Tickets that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds.
