DISCOUNT CAR RENTAL PROGRAM

Payment is due by Friday, December 1^st

• Teams that drop by 11/24/23 will receive a full refund of their entry fee
• Teams that drop after 11/24/23 but before12/15/23 will receive a 50% refund
• Teams that drop after 12/15/23 are not eligible for a refund

Roster submissions are due Wednesday prior to the event (1/10/24).

Changes can be made until the team is checked in online the Friday prior to the event. If you need to make changes after the team is checked in, please contact tournament staff.

Requirements:

• Min: 6 players, 1 coach
• Max: 15 players, 4 coaches
