REFUND POLICY
- Teams must withdraw on or before 11/29/25 for a full refund.
- Teams that withdraw after 11/29/25, but on or before 12/20/25 will receive a 50% refund.
- Teams that withdraw after 12/20/25 will not be eligible for a refund.
For questions about a refund or to withdraw a team, reach out to pnwps@threestep.com. Withdrawal requests must be in writing via email to the PNWPS Director.
Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2026 event season.
PAYMENT
Entry fees can be paid online using our Player First payment platform. Checks will not be accepted.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES for your registration.
In addition, you will receive a second email from Player First within an hour of registering for the event. The Player First email will contain a link with directions to log in and pay online.
Payment is due by December 1st. Any team with an unpaid balance at that time will be moved to the waitlist.
NOTE: PAYMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE INTO THE EVENT.
Teams are accepted to the event based on the order of payment received and room availability in their division. If the division is full by the payment deadline, the team(s) will be waitlisted until space opens. If the space does not open, the waitlisted team(s) will be refunded.
Stay-to-Save Housing
This year, we are partnering with Team Travel Source for team hotel accommodations. Pacific Northwest Power Series booking links will be available here.
Program participation allows us to secure the highest quality rooms at the best possible group pricing.

Rosters must be submitted on AES and tournament entry fees paid prior to acceptance.

Spectator Tickets
Purchase spectator tickets here
Make sure to purchase by Friday 1/17, as that’s the last day for discounted, pre-sold tickets! Prices will rise $5 on Saturday.
- Tickets are needed for anyone over 10 years old.
- ALL spectators will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry.
- Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
- Please send any ticket refund requests to Tickets@topcourtevents.com.
- Tickets that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds.
