REFUND POLICY

• Teams must withdraw on or before 11/15/25 for a full refund. 
• Teams that withdraw after 11/15/25, but on or before 12/6/25, will receive a 50% refund. 
• Teams that withdraw after 12/6/25 will not be eligible for a refund. 

• Entry fees may be paid online via credit card or ACH.
• Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and Player First. The player’s first e-mail will be received within two hours of registration.

Note:

Beginning October 1, prices will reflect the full amount, including fees. This results in a 3.75% increase in the displayed price, but your total cost at checkout will remain the same.

Roster submissions are due Wednesday prior to the event (12/31/25)

Changes can be made until the team is checked in online the Friday before the event. If you need to make changes after the team is checked in, please get in touch with tournament staff.
