Payment is due by Friday, December 15th

• Teams that drop by 12/29/23 will receive a full refund of their entry fee
• Teams that drop after 12/29/23 but before 1/19/24 will receive a 50% refund
• Teams that drop after 1/19/24 are not eligible for a refund

Roster submissions are due Wednesday prior to the event (2/14/24).

Changes can be made until the team is checked in online the Friday prior to the event. If you need to make changes after the team is checked in, please contact tournament staff.

• Min: 6 players, 1 coach
• Max: 15 players, 4 coaches
