Refund Policy
- Payment is due on the 1st of the month before the event month. (January 1st)
- The refund policy will be the following:
- Teams must withdraw at least 60 days before the event to receive a full refund.
- Teams that withdraw between 30 and 60 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Teams that withdraw less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be issued after the event, no later than the end of the 2025-26 event season.

NOTE: Payment does not guarantee acceptance. Teams are accepted based on the order of payment received and room availability in the event. If the division is full by the payment deadline, the team(s) will be waitlisted until a space opens. If a space does not open, the waitlisted team(s) will be refunded.
Roster submissions are due Wednesday prior to the event (2/14/26).
Changes can be made until the team is checked in online the Friday before the event. If you need to make changes after the team is checked in, please get in touch with tournament staff.
Requirements:
- Min: 6 players, 1 coach
- Max: 15 players, 4 coaches

Venue and parking rules:
- Parking: $6.00 per vehicle per day. No re-entry. Cash & cards accepted.
- Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the playing facilities. Teams may warm on empty courts inside the facility. No ball handling will be allowed in the lobby of the convention center.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the convention center.
- NO outside chairs allowed; seating will be provided at all courts.
