Refund Policy
- Teams must withdraw on or before 3/21/26 for a full refund.
- Teams that withdraw after 3/21/26, but on or before 4/11/26 will receive a 50% refund.
- Teams that withdraw after 4/11/26 will not be eligible for a refund.
- Entry fees may be paid online via credit card or ACH.
- Registered teams will receive a confirmation e-mail from AES and Player First. The player’s first e-mail will be received within two hours of registration.
Note:
Beginning October 1, prices will reflect the full amount, including fees. This results in a 3.75% increase in the displayed price, but your total cost at checkout will remain the same.
Roster submissions are due Wednesday prior to the event (05/06/26)
Changes can be made until the team is checked in online the Friday before the event. If you need to make changes after the team is checked in, please get in touch with tournament staff.

Venue Rules:
- Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the playing facilities. Teams may warm on empty courts inside the facility. No ball handling will be allowed in the lobby of the facility.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the facility.
- NO outside chairs allowed; seating will be provided at all courts.
Spectator Tickets
Tickets Coming Soon…
- ALL spectators will be required to present a QR code that will be scanned upon entry (children 10 and under are free).
- Once tickets are scanned, spectators will receive a wristband that must be worn throughout the day/weekend.
- Please send any ticket refund requests to tickets@topcourtevents.com.
- Tickets that have been scanned onsite are not eligible for refunds.
