May Madness is a Stay-to-Play event. Teams are required to book hotels through our housing program with Apex Events if they are over 75 miles from the venue they are playing at.
Teams are required to book a minimum of 12 room nights to be compliant with our Stay-to-Play policy.
Teams must be compliant with housing requirements by March 14th, 2023. If teams are not compliant, they will be moved to the waitlist until the requirements are fulfilled. Once waitlisted, we cannot guarantee your original spot in the division.

Rostered team members are not required to have a membership with an organization. All coaches and staff must have accurate contact information. Players must have correct jersey numbers, birthdates, and graduation years to be added to a roster.
Minimum: 6 Players / 1 coach
Maximum: 15 players / 4 coaches
ROSTER SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 4/28/23
Roster Submissions are due prior to the start of the event. Changes can be made until the teams are checked in online the Friday prior to the event start. If you need to changes after that, please contact the tournament staff.
